Amazing Almonds

Why you can’t help but LOVE Almond Oil!

Almond oil has been used for centuries in Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic practices, to aid in treating numerous skin conditions. Such as, psoriasis and eczema flare ups on the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties that can help calm the skin and help to treat itchiness, redness or pesky dry patches!

It helps improve acne for some people! The almond oil actually can help to break down debris and other excess oils built up in your pores, while soothing and softening the skin, without clogging your pores! It’s an all around Win! “Oil cleansing” your skin, has actually had lovely results they have found in the more recent years!

Almond oil helps to rid dark circles and puffiness under the eyes!

Almond oil is sensitive enough to use daily and safe for most all skin types, unless you have nut sensitivities or allergies, then Do NOT use!

Almond oil has been said to help improve and even out skin tone. It can help reduce appearance of scars, dark circles, stretch marks. It works best when it is massaged into the skin Vs, just doing a light application on the surface of the skin! So rub it into the skin for a few seconds or minutes, for best application! Plus it’s more enjoyable this way too!!

It’s wonderful for treating split ends. Using almond oil in your hair can help contribute to healthy strong hair and sooth irritated scalps!

Some have said it has helped their eye lashes grow thicker, longer and stronger when they applied the oil very carefully to their eyelashes, using a clean mascara wand. **Avoid getting it into the eye**

Softens skin! Almond oil works as a wonderful body and face moisturizer. It softens the skin, leaving glowing, dewy and hydrated skin! This is also why it can help prevent stretch marks. The oil adds so much moisture and softness to the skin, which in turn helps the skin stretch easier! Apposed to, if skin was dry and not well moisturized, then the skin may not be able to have as much of a stretch capacity as easily, causing potential stretch marks and skin itchiness/discomfort.

Almond oil has been shown to help reverse sun damage. It also has natural Sun Protection Factor Properties- around 4-5 SPF! This should not act solely as your Sunscreen. However, lathering up in this oil before using your SPF of choice, is a double-added win!

Almond oil contains, HIGH vitamin E, Vitamin A, fatty acids, potassium, zinc and many other minerals!

Almond oil is great to use on the nails and cuticle! It helps keep nails strong as well as moisturized! As said above, almond oil contains a good amount of zinc and wonderful  levels of vitamin E! Both of which can help keep your nails from breaking or becoming weak and thin!

Our cuticle Salve contains 60% pure and organic almond oil- formulated that way, because almond oil is just that amazing, for your nail health! (You can check out our cuticle salve here!) https://www.etsy.com/listing/808466797/organic-cuticle-salve?ref=shop_home_active_5

Almond oil is definitely an oil I keep around for the MANY benefits it offers, in just one bottle!

*Caution* do not use almond oil if you have known nut allergies! And always spot test new products, on a small patch of your skin, before applying it in larger amounts to your body!
