By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
• Open to residents of the United States only, aged 18 or older.
• Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period:
• The giveaway begins on December 22nd and ends on January 2nd, at midnight (Eastern time zone) Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
• Participants must:

2️⃣ Like the giveaway post.
3️⃣ Comment on the post by tagging 1-3 friends (each comment counts as one entry).
• Bonus Entry (Optional): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories and tag @cozyupwellness
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories on January 3rd and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.
• The winner must respond within [48 hours] to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize Details:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Disqualification:
• Any entries that fail to comply with the rules or are found to involve spam, bots, or fake accounts will be disqualified.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cozy Up Wellness LLC. from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Right to Cancel or Modify:
